AEC maintains ITAR registration with the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Program-specific security, export-control, citizenship, U.S.-person, facility, and information-handling requirements are reviewed during scoping.
When regulated information must remain inside an approved environment, AEC may provide personnel who work through customer-furnished computers, systems, access controls, software, and required security training.
